About Us

Bhawani P. Sinanan graduated from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine – Vancouver BC in 2003. He spent time in China working on his Master’s degree specializing in Acupuncture in addition to working in two affiliated hospitals.

Bhawani has had the fortune of being introduced to traditional techniques and philosophies passed down through the past ten generations of Chinese medicine doctors through his teacher’s family originating at the feet of Huang Shan – the Yellow Mountain.He has had training in several martial art forms from karate, Gung Fu, and Tai Qi.  

Bhawani is a devout Christian who's perspectives and practice is anchored and lead by the word of God :

 Jesus said  “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbour as yourself."    Matthew 22:37-39

"My care and focus is always on each persons wellbeing and how best I am able to help facilitate this. Finding the right, individualized way to help someone achieve their health goals is very rewarding  to me as a practitioner. 

It is important for each person feel empowered with knowledge, to know there is a solution to what may be challenging them. Helping people to make choices that are right for their health goals can vary from a new activity/exercise program, a change of diet to a shift to preventative healthcare.
